Perkins Family Clinic
The Perkins Family Clinic has both a full time physician and a full time nurse practioner to take care of your needs. The Clinic offers many valuable services to both Native Americans and Non-Native Americans in the community.
The Clinic services include the following:

- Contract Health Services– used to refer patients to a network of hospitals or other providers for certain needs of a patient.
- Chiropractic Care
- Pharmacy– The clinic provides prescriptions to eligible Native-American Patients receiving care in our clinic.
