Starting Points:  This program works  in partnership with our Library, assisting persons with literacy, GED, tutoring, life skills and employment. Starting Points is all about helping you. 

This program is funded by an Institue of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) Enhancement Grant.  Many thanks go out to IMLS and our Business Committee, Tribal Departments and Community Libraries for supporting this project which is touching many people.
