The Grey Snow Eagle House has several plans for expansion in the future. The aviary expansion will allow the facility to increase the number of non-releasable eagles from 30 to 45. The first plan includes building additional side mews on the east side of the aviary. In addition to additional cages, these structures will provide support to the main facility to help stabilize it after it received damage from a tornado in 2008.

In 2009, the Grey Snow Eagle House received a Fish and Wildlife grant to build an additional flight cage. This cage will be strictly for rehab eagles. The cage will be 24ft wide, 18ft tall and 150ft long. This cage will also include a 45 degree angle in the length of the cage at 100ft. This way the eagles can practice their turns.

There are many programs that will be completed in 2010 including the rabbit breeding program, catfish program, and a new driveway.
