The current facility consists of a flight cage and 2 side mews. The side mews are smaller cages where eagles that can not fly well are kept. The flight cage is 100ft long by 25ft wide and 18ft high. Our current facility allows us to house 30 non-releasable eagles under the Religious Use Permit and 11 eagles under the US FWS rehabilitation permit.

A quartentine cage is approximately 150ft from the main facility. When an eagle is first received, it is placed in this cage for 2 weeks to make sure it does not have any parasites or diseases that can be passed onto the other eagles in the facility.

When visitors arrive at the aviary, they drive through the bison pasture. The bison often feed in this area and can be seen by the visitors some times. An observation room inside the facility allows visitors to see the eagles up close. A camera system and viewing screens allow visitor an even closer look at the large birds.

Special thanks to all of our volunteers!
