• The Iowa Tribal Wellness Center is open to all who have a desire to exercise and follow a fitness lifestyle. From cardiovascular exercise to weight resistance training we have equipment to meet your needs. Our cardio equipment consists of treadmills, elliptical trainer and recumbent bicycles.
• Iowa Wellness Center members must be sixteen years of age and older.  Anyone from sixteen to eighteen must be accompanied by an adult. (Parent or Guardian)& Anyone under the age of sixteen must have a written physician’s prescription for exercise in order to participate.
• Rehabilitative therapy is offered through fitness therapy (low intensity weight resistance), as well as our indoor heated therapy pool which is ideal for blood circulation, joint pain and low back problems. Full restrooms with showers and lockers are available for daily use.
• The Wellness Center recognizes holiday closings as well as tribal functions.
