The Perkins Family Clinic has Board certified Family Practice Physicians.  The Clinic offers many valuable services to Native Americans and the local community.

The Clinic services include the following:

• Health Education- to help promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Contract Health Services– used to refer patients to a network of hospitals or other providers for certain needs of a patient.
• Chronic Disease Clinic– to be held monthly
• Pharmacy– The clinic has a contract with the Perkins Pharmacy to provide prescriptions to eligible patients and an in-house pharmacist
