The Health Department provides a diversity of services including direct patient care through the Perkins Family Clinic and home visitation, basic patient care and transportation through the Community Health Representative Program. Diabetes prevention and intervention services are provided through the Special Diabetes Program. In addition, the Diabetes Program provides a medical massage therapist and nutrition consultation. Counseling and referral services for all ages are available through the Substance Abuse Prevention Program. The Tribal Youth Program provides services and activities for children and families. The Title VI-A Program provides both congregate and home-delivered meals and other activities for elders. The Title VI-C Program provides assistance and resources for those needing Caregiver services. The Tribe also provides a fitness center offering strength, and aerobic training and individual fitness plans.
